You can create a vibrant, welcoming, and colorful habitat for pollinators at home. Whether you're new to gardening or full of experience, this Fall workshop will equip you with the knowledge and practices to plan for Spring blooms!
Join Senior Environmental Educator from Solana Center for Environmental Innovation, Jennifer Galey, and learn all about:
- Key plant choices to attract specific pollinators & why native plants are especially beneficial
- The important sources to provide for pollinators (food, shelter, water, and host plants)
- Best methods for irrigation, watering, alternatives to pesticide and fertilizer, and how 'living soil' benefits your garden's ecosystem
